Love Beans is our Valentine’s special. For Love Beans, we carefully select a coffee suitable for both filter and espresso brewing — pleasantly balanced and sweet. A coffee designed to appeal to everyone and delight a wide range of coffee lovers. Available in limited quantities as an omni roast of our Catugeisha, in 250 g and 500 g packages.
Imperio Rojo is a Costa Rican coffee farm located at an altitude of 1,600–1,800 meters above sea level. Its primary focus is on quality and consistent performance. Several highly regarded varieties are grown here, including our Catugeisha. As the name suggests, it is a hybrid of Caturra and the highly prized Geisha variety. It delivers everything you would expect from a Geisha — a well-known flavor profile highlighted by peach and jasmine notes. Thanks to the Caturra cross, it offers greater sweetness and an overall rounder, more approachable profile. All coffees from this farm are produced in very limited quantities, allowing us to classify this lot as a microlot.
