About the product

After years on our menu, Brazil Mogiana is taking a little break, making way for Brazil Paraiso. This coffee offers a profile dominated by classic notes of dark chocolate and nuts, complemented by the sweetness of yellow fruit and just a touch of acidity on the finish, typical of Arabica coffee.

We place this coffee firmly on the more traditional, predominantly sweet side of the flavour spectrum. It’s a great choice for anyone who isn’t particularly fond of acidic coffees and, of course, it works beautifully in milk-based drinks. In other words, it’s a 100% worthy replacement for our Mogiana.

Our new Brazilian coffee comes from the farm of Enivaldo Marinho Pereira, who has nearly 30 years of experience growing coffee. He acquired his first farm in 1998, initially focusing on the production of coffee seeds and seedlings. Two years later, he expanded his operation and began growing coffee across 280 hectares.

Today, the whole family is involved in the business. The Pereira Group manages three farms and oversees the entire process, from growing to processing its coffee. Their success story is a great example of what years of honest, dedicated work can achieve.
