We care about the origin of our coffee and the journey it takes to reach us. Our specialty coffee selection focuses on varieties labelled as direct trade, microlot, and rarity coffee. These coffees are obtained directly from planters through direct trade or are distinguished by unique characteristics such as exceptional harvesting, growing, or processing methods.
Roast Profile
Preserving the full flavour of coffee is of utmost importance to us, regardless of the preparation method. We provide light, medium, and omni roast profiles. The light roast is suitable for alternative coffee preparations, accentuating the coffee’s natural characteristics, such as its fruitiness and acidity. The medium roast is ideal for espresso preparation, intensifying the coffee’s flavours through the roasting process, reducing acidity, and highlighting its sweetness. The omni roast is a versatile roast profile suitable for all types of coffee preparation, including espresso.
